GC² Multidimensional GC Software

Zoex Europe

GCxGC Software is multi-featured package for visualizing, analyzing, and processing data produced by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography. The GCxGC Software package includes two programs: GC Image for visualizing, analyzing, and reporting on individual GCxGC chromatograms and GC Project for managing projects with multiple GCxGC runs/injections.

GC Image Software Zoex Europe GCxGC systems are operated and controlled via Zoex´s own “GC Image software”. “GC Image software” processes comprehensive GCXGC data acquired from various GC platforms including:

• Agilent 6890, 7890, SCD
• Shimadzu 2010GC & 2010PlusGCMS
• Thermo Trace GC
• LECO Pegasus GCXGCXTO0FMS
• JEOL Acc TOFMS
• Varian CP-3800 and 450 models 

In GC Image, individual GCXGC data runs are processed to correct for baseline, develop analytical templates, perform mass spectral analyses, configure and prepare summary reports.

 GC Project Software GC Image software also includes “GC Project" - a quantitative analysis package which enables the user to manage their GCxGC data processing easily. GC Project provides a platform for automated multiple data file processing for both qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting.
