Service & Maintenance Packages from Zoex Europe

Routine maintenance is necessary in order to keep your analyses accurate. But it also helps to prolong the life of your system and reduces the opportunity for failure and errors to occur. Zoex Europe specialists provide useful tips for the daily use and maintenance of your systems - extending a longer life per your investment. Our instrument specialists are able to maintain your system on a regular basis at a competitive rate. And when instrument malfunctions happen, our instrument specialists will be available to support you. Service and maintenance contracts should be incorporated into investment and annual budget calculations for your laboratory.

Zoex Europe offers 3 different types of service package:

Zoex Europe Plus Package

• Free telephone helpdesk - support with recognition and solving of hardware problems
• 2-day response time - if necessary followed up by on site repair, including appropriate spare parts
• System repair - sending of the instrument for chemical analysis. The internal service department will repair the instrument.
• Preventative maintenance*
• Cleaning of the ion source - for mass spectrometers*

Zoex Europe Premium Package

• Free telephone helpdesk - support with recognition and solving hardware problems
• 2-day response time - if necessary followed up by on site repair, excluding necessary spare parts, but including turbo pump
• Preventive maintenance*
• System repair - sending of the instrument for chemical analysis. The internal service department will repair the instrument.
• Cleaning of ion source - for mass spectrometers*

Zoex Europe Basic Package

• Free telephone helpdesk - support with recognition and solving of hardware problems
• 2-day response time - if necessary followed up by on site repair, but excluding necessary spare parts, travel and labour.
• Preventive maintenance*
